Finished Day 2 of my HCG diet. I'm keeping a video journal/vlog of it on youtube. Hopefully people will be able to see the difference before and after.
Also, I feel like doo-doo. Now that I'm doing it properly this time, I realize how much fatty foods SUCK. I hate eating all this fat.
Also also, I need to learn how to be more relaxed for these vlogs.
